» Focus your mind on your Abdominal muscles
» Feel yourself pulling through your sternum
» Lie on your back with your legs raised directly over your hips† your knees should be slightly bent.
» Raise your arms straight up, pointing toward your toes, and relax your head and neck.
» Use your upper arms to raise your rib cage toward your pelvis, lift your shoulder blades off the floor, and reach toward your toes. Hold for a second.
» Lower your shoulders to the floor and repeat.
